Built to withstand the elements, our materials offer exceptional weather resistance. From 24 hour water immersion to 1,000 hours of continuous salt spray, SiNavo experiences no peeling, tackiness, or breakdown. Just lasting durability, rain or shine.

Water Hydrolysis Resistance:

No bubbing, wrinkling, or peeling after 24 hours of immersion.

UV Aging Resistance:

No cracks, discoloration, or fading after 240 hours of UV exposure.

Salt Spray Resistance:

1000 hours of continuous salt spray without peeling, tackiness, and volatile compounds meeting standard requirements.

Our material is certified low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), as verified by our SGS-VOC qualification certificate. This means cleaner air and a safer environment in both production and in your space. We also undergo atomicity testing, which evaluates material purity and chemical stability. Our results far exceed industry requirements, confirming the safety and integrity of our material at the molecular level. These are just two of many rigorous quality assessments we perform to ensure every piece meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance. Click to see more of our certifications.

TESTING RESULTS & CERTIFICATIONS

SGS-VOC Qualification Certificate

Our materials are tested and certified with the SGS-VOC Qualification Certificate, confirming exceptionally low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). In all measurable categories, we remain below the Standard Limit Value, and in many cases, VOCs were Not Detected (ND) at all. This finding showcases the safety and environmental responsibility of our products.

Atomicity Testing Certificate

We proudly meet the Atomicity Testing Certificate standards, a benchmark for material purity and chemical stability. Our atomicity level is just 0.92mg, well below the required maximum of 2mg — proving our commitment to quality and safety at the molecular level. This result underscores the our dedication to creating safe materials.

SAFETY TESTING

Our materials undergo extensive flammability testing and have passed stringent fire protection tests tailored for high-speed train interiors. We proudly meet the EN 45545 HL2 and HL3 requirements, ensuring our materials provide superior fire resistance without compromising on quality or comfort.

Flammability:

The materials are flame-retardant, and its high oxygen index eliminates the need for flame retardants. The combustion products are only a tiny amount of water, CO2, and SiO2.

Plastic strip burning test showing ignited plastic bending and flames, indicating rate of burn at ≤75mm/min for flammability testing.

Certifications:

Our materials have passed the high-speed train fire protection test EN45545-2:2020 R21, and meet the HL3 requirements (the highest level requirements), exceeding the HL2 requirements needed for conventional high-speed trains.

DURABILITY TESTING

SiNavo material undergoes a series of rigorous durability tests to ensure performance over time. The result: high performing materials that retain their strength and appearance even in high traffic environments. Each test simulates real world conditions to confirm the materials resilience under stress. These tests not only validate the toughness of SiNavo material, but also its ability to age gracefully, delivering lasting beauty and durability without sacrificing comfort or sustainability.
