Our Process

RAW MATERIAL SILICONE

SiNavo is comprised of silicone that comes from natural quartz. It is chemically stable with minimal reactivity and low biological toxicity, resistant to water, oxidation, and heat. It is an excellent insulator with low thermal conductivity and is safe for direct skin use.

WHY SILICONE?

High-purity silica gel is non-toxic, harmless, heat-and-cold-resistant, flexible, durable, and easy to clean. It is free from bisphenol A and plasticizers. Silicone products excel in applications where plastic falls short.

Where traditional plastics degrade or discolor, silicone stands up to the challenge. Whether in automotive interiors, consumer goods, healthcare, or public transit seating, silicone excels in both form and function.

Our process redefines how eco-friendly material is made, making it simpler, safer, and cleaner with low VOC emissions. By removing excess layers, harsh chemicals, and energy-heavy steps, we deliver a material that combines high performance with true sustainability. It’s a modern alternative that cuts waste, not corners. Designed for the future and built to endure.

1. Kneading

Mixing raw materials into a smooth, uniform base for durability.

2. Calendering

Rolling the material into thin, even sheets for consistent texture.

3. Higher Temperature Solidification

Using heat to lock in strength, flexibility, and structure.

4. Surface Treatment

Enhancing look and feel with protective, aesthetic finishing touches.

5. Winding

The process of rolling up the material after finishing all of the production steps.

TECHNIQUE DIFFERENCES

Diagram showing three layers labeled with text 'SiNavo' at the bottom depicting exclusive water-base coating use for our synthetic products' production process.

The simplified technical process allows SiNavo to reduce water and material waste. Supported by exclusive water-base coating surface treatment, SiNavo avoids the use of toxic and harmful solutions.

This not only ensures a high-performance finish but also supports healthier working conditions and a reduced environmental impact throughout the product cycle.
