No. The production process of SiNavo involves a physical bonding method that does not include adhesive layers or glue, so there will be no peeling or delamination. Additionally, SiNavo materials will not be affected by moisture, which could lead to issues like bubbling found in other alternative leather materials.

No. When producing SiNavo fabric, we match the appropriate backing fabric according to the customer’s requirements. Also, the high-density silicone layer of the SiNavo fabric tightly adheres to the backing fabric, providing better durability.

No. Discoloration is usually caused by surface oxidation. However, SiNavo does not share the same discoloration concerns as other alternative or genuine leather materials.
Because SiNavo is silicone-based, it is resistant to oxidation and can withstand extreme climates, ensuring long-term durability and stability.

SiNavo is delivered in 4 layers of 4 rolls per pallet. This totals 16-30 linear meter rolls.

Yes, we can do any color. Custom patterns sometimes take longer. Lighter color palettes work better with the silicone layer.

Some dyes do not bond well with silicone. Lighter and fibrous materials bond better. We do not recommend silk.

Debossing and Embossing are not recommended for silicone material. Currently in laster technology development but not in production yet.

No. It cannot be used for the airbag area.

Yes, silicone is an all-natural material. Our building gets 20% of its energy from solar panels on top of its building. No water is used in the production process.

Yes, SiNavo is water resistant, and will not yellow under direct sunlight.

SiNavo differs from Leather and PU because it uses no chemical agents or hazards in production. There are also lower VOCs compared to PU.
